Mindful Walking

I also run a blog about mindful walking, also known as walking meditation.

Yet the simple act of attending to one’s body as you tread the ground before you is a powerful way to begin a meditation practice or deepen an already established routine. Walking meditation is both a bridge between the meditation cushion and the outside world (a tool for beginning to carry over mindfulness into everyday life) and a profound object of meditation in itself.
